These terms govern your use of HabitationsPrimus architectural design and space planning services. By engaging our consultancy, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
HabitationsPrimus provides technical floor planning, residential extensions design, and space optimization services for homeowners and property developers in Ireland. All work is carried out in accordance with Irish building regulations and energy performance standards. Each project scope is defined in a written agreement before any design work begins.
You agree to provide accurate information about your property, including existing floor plans, site surveys, and any planning history. You are responsible for obtaining necessary planning permissions and building control approvals unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information may result in revised timelines and additional charges.
All designs, drawings, and specifications produced by HabitationsPrimus remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the designs for the specific project described in the agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the designs for any other project without our written consent.
Fees are quoted per project and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment terms are outlined in the project agreement. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to pause work on any project where invoices remain unpaid for more than 30 days.
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of property value, construction delays, or costs arising from third-party contractor work. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or fraud.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you are liable for all work completed up to the termination date plus any unavoidable commitments made on your behalf. We will provide all completed design work upon receipt of final payment for that work.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect 30 days after posting. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For questions, contact us at info@habitationsprimus.com.
